このブランドのマニュアル、登録、サポートに関するよくある質問。
-
How do I power on my Tromox electric motorcycle using the NFC card?
To start the vehicle, successfully swipe your NFC card on the instrument panel or within 0.3cm of the NFC sensing area. The central control system will recognize the card swiping signal and execute the power-on command to light up the instrument. You can turn off the vehicle using the same method.
-
What should I inspect before riding my Tromox motorcycle?
Before each ride, check the tire pressure, front and rear brakes, headlight, turn signals, horn, and ensure the chain or belt tightness is correct. Make sure the battery has sufficient charge as instructed in your owner's manual.
-
How should I charge and maintain my Tromox lithium-ion battery?
To maximize your battery life, try to keep the charge between 20% and 90%. Avoid using up the power until it completely cuts off before recharging. For long-term storage, keep the battery level at 50% to 80% and perform a complete charging and discharging cycle once a month.
-
What does the Tromox mobile app do?
The proprietary Tromox app connects to your vehicle's VCU via Bluetooth, allowing you to monitor vehicle information (like driving range and battery power), remote lock/unlock the bike, find your vehicle using the double flash feature, and receive alerts if the vehicle crashes or exceeds its electronic fence.
