  To reset the controller, locate the reset button on the device and hold it down for 10 seconds until the device restarts.

• Can I reuse existing Wiegand wiring for OSDP on a PDK controller?

  It is possible to reuse existing Wiegand wiring, but simple stranded Wiegand cable generally does not meet standard RS485 twisted pair recommendations. A four-conductor twisted pair with an overall shield is highly recommended for OSDP.

• What power supply is recommended for the Red Cloud Node?

  Use the included 14VDC, 2 amp transformer for DC power input. It is recommended to use 18/2 wire for the connection.

• Where can I access the PDK configuration and programming manual?

  After the controller is connected back to the Cloud Node, access the configuration software as instructed in the programming manual, which is available in the Partner Portal at www.prodatakey.com/pdkio or their knowledge base.
