• How do I configure my Marport sensor?

  Marport sensors can be fully configured from the vessel or office using the Marport Mosa2 configuring tool with a wireless connection or the Configuration Cable on a compatible Mac OS or Windows computer.

• How can I maintain and clean my Marport sensors?

  Rinse the sensor with fresh water between uses, particularly the negative and positive charges and the water switch. Remove any debris with a piece of wood or screwdriver, and wash away mud with warm water. Do not use highly abrasive materials.

• Can I perform internal maintenance on my Marport equipment?

  No, only an approved Marport dealer should access the internal unit. Your warranty will become void if anyone other than an authorized dealer attempts internal maintenance or repairs.

• How long does a Marport Spread sensor battery last?

  Depending on the power settings, the operational lifetime can be up to 16 days for Spread sensors (or 8 days for a Mini Spread Sensor) using the built-in Lithium-Ion batteries.
