    Visit the activation page at activate.linxup.com. You will need the activation code found on your device or the Billing Account Number provided in your confirmation email, along with the email address used for the order.

  • What type of batteries does the Linxup asset tracker account use?

    The daily long-term asset tracker (ATLT) typically requires 1.5V Lithium or 3.6V Lithium thionyl chloride (LTC) AA batteries. Standard alkaline batteries are not recommended as they have a significantly shorter lifespan.

  • How do I contact Linxup support?

  • Does the Linxup Dash Cam record when the vehicle is off?

    Yes, the Linxup Dash Cam features a Guard Mode. After the ignition is off for 5 minutes, it enters a standby state but will wake up and record if it detects broken glass (via audio frequency) or movement around the vehicle.

  • How do I log in to the Apollo ELD app?

    Enter the driver username and password provided by your fleet administrator. Note that each driver has a unique login ID and can only be logged into one ELD device at a time.
