About BioWave manuals on Manuals.plus
バイオウェーブ is a medical technology company dedicated to providing smarter, non-opioid pain blocking solutions. Their patented neurostimulation technology delivers high-frequency electrical signals through the skin directly to pain nerves, inhibiting the transmission of pain signals to the brain. This mechanism provides immediate, deep, and long-lasting relief for both chronic and acute pain conditions.

BioWave support FAQ
このブランドのマニュアル、登録、サポートに関するよくある質問。
-
What should I do if my BioWaveGO blinks orange and beeps?
If the lights blink orange, the device does not see a complete connection to your skin. Ensure the leadwire cable is firmly plugged in, both pads are connected, your skin is clean, and the pads adhere well.
-
Can BioWave electrodes touch each other during use?
No. Electrodes must never touch each other as this risks causing a burn. Maintain a minimum spacing of 1.0 inch (2.6 cm) between pads.
-
How often should I charge my BioWave device?
It is recommended to charge the battery at least once per week. The battery strength is indicated by the green LED bar graph.
-
Is BioWave safe for everyone?
BioWave should not be used by individuals with an implanted cardiac pacemaker, epilepsy, or those prone to seizures. Do not place electrodes over the heart, the front or side of the neck, or on top of the head.
-
Why are the pads not sticking to my skin?
Pads require clean skin to adhere properly. If they are not tacky, you can rub a few drops of saline on the gel side and wait 60 seconds to rehydrate them (do not do this more than twice). If worn out, replace the pads.
