セットアップガイド
Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

- ハンドセットを接続します: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).

- 初期起動: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.
操作手順
基本的な通話機能
- 電話をかける：
- Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.
- 数字キーパッドを使用して希望の番号をダイヤルします。

- When the phone rings, lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press the flashing Line key.

Advanced Call Functions

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).
ボイスメール
To access your voicemail, press the dedicated ボイスメール button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.
ディレクトリ/連絡先
Access your phone's directory by pressing the ディレクトリ soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the ダイヤル soft key to initiate a call.
ボリュームコントロール
Adjust the volume during a call using the 音量を上げる そして 音量を下げる buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.
