2. パッケージ内容

3.セットアップガイド
3.1 バッテリーの取り付けと充電
- プリンタの電源がオフになっていることを確認してください。
- プリンターの背面にある電池ケースのカバーを開きます。
- Insert the 1500mAh 7.4V rechargeable Lithium battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- 電池ボックスのカバーを閉じます。
- Connect the AC adapter to the printer's charging port and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will illuminate.
- Charge the printer fully before first use (approximately 2-3 hours).
3.2 感熱紙のセット
- カバーオープンボタンを押して用紙コンパートメントカバーを開きます。
- Insert the 80mm thermal paper roll with the printing side facing up.
- 切り口より少しだけ紙を引き出します。
- 用紙コンパートメントカバーをカチッと音がするまでしっかりと閉じます。
3.3 Driver Installation (for Windows PC)
For Windows PC connectivity via USB or Bluetooth, driver installation is required. Refer to the included driver CD or download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's webサイト。
- Insert the driver CD into your computer or run the downloaded driver setup file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the POS80 Printer Driver.
- During installation, select the appropriate connection type (USB or COM port for Bluetooth).
3.4 Bluetooth Pairing (for Windows PC)
The following video demonstrates the self-test and Bluetooth pairing process on a Windows PC:
- Ensure the printer is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your PC.
- On your PC, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Devices' > 'Bluetooth & other devices'.

- The printer should appear as 'MTP-3'. Select it to pair.
- If prompted for a PIN, enter '0000' (default).
- Once paired, go to 'Devices and Printers' in the Control Panel.
- Right-click on the 'MTP-3' printer icon, select 'Properties', then 'Ports'.
- Note the COM port assigned to the MTP-3 (e.g., COM6). This port will be used by your printing application.
3.5 Mobile Device Connection (Android/iOS)
For Android and iOS devices, download a compatible printing application from your device's app store. The application will guide you through connecting to the printer via Bluetooth.

4. 操作手順

A self-test print can help verify the printer's functionality and provide information about its settings.

- The printer will print a self-test page containing firmware version, Bluetooth information (name, PIN, MAC address), and character sets.

4.3 ドキュメントの印刷
Once connected to your device (PC or mobile) and drivers/apps are installed:

- Choose 'MTP-3' or 'POS80 Printer' (depending on driver name) from the list of available printers.

5. メンテナンス
5.1プリンタヘッドのクリーニング
サーマルプリントヘッドを定期的にクリーニングすると、最適な印刷品質が確保され、プリンターの寿命が延びます。

- 用紙収納部のカバーを開きます。

- Allow the print head to dry completely (a few minutes) before closing the cover and powering on the printer.
- Do not touch the print head with bare hands.
5.2バッテリーケア
- バッテリーを頻繁に完全に放電することは避けてください。
- バッテリーの健康を維持するために、使用していない場合でも定期的に充電してください。
- 長期間使用しない場合は、プリンターを涼しく乾燥した場所に保管してください。
5.3 紙の取り扱い

- Avoid using wrinkled or damaged paper rolls.
6。 トラブルシューティング
6.1 Printer Not Responding/Printing
- Check if the printer is powered on and the battery is charged.
- Ensure the paper roll is correctly loaded and not jammed.
- Perform a self-test print (see Section 4.2) to verify basic printer functionality.
- Check the connection: For Bluetooth, ensure it's paired and connected. For USB, ensure the cable is securely connected.
- Verify that the correct printer driver/app is installed and selected on your device.
6.2 印刷品質が悪い
- Clean the thermal print head (see Section 5.1).

- Check the paper roll for any damage or improper loading.
- Adjust print density settings if available in your printing application or driver.
