2. 安全情報

3. 組み立て手順

Please follow the steps below to assemble your Power Tower. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Refer to the assembly video for a visual guide.

  1. ベースの準備: Place the two main base bars (Part 1) on a flat surface. Attach the four non-slip suction cups (Part 9) to the ends of the base bars.
  2. Connect Base Crossbar: Secure the base crossbar (Part 5) between the two main base bars using the short connecting plates (Part 10) and bolts (Part 20).
  3. スタビライザーバーを取り付けます。 Connect the two stabilizer bars (Part 4) to the main base structure using bolts (Part 21).
  4. 垂直サポートを取り付けます。 Insert the two vertical support posts (Part 2) into the designated slots on the base. Secure them with connecting plates (Part 10) and bolts (Part 20, Part 21). Use washers (Part 25) and nuts (Part 22) as shown in the video.
  5. Attach Dip Bars: Slide the dip bars (Part 11) onto the lower sections of the vertical supports. Secure them using bolts (Part 27).
  6. Mount Backrest and Armrests: Attach the backrest (Part 13) and armrest support (Part 8) to the main frame. Secure the backrest to the support plate (Part 15) using bolts (Part 24). Attach the armrests (Part 12) to the support structure using bolts (Part 23).
  7. 懸垂バーの取り付け: Insert the upper vertical posts (Part 3) into the lower vertical supports. Place the pull-up bar (Part 6) on top of the upper vertical posts. Secure with bolts (Part 20).
  8. Secure Adjustments: Use the adjustment knobs (Part 16, Part 17) to secure the backrest and armrest positions.

The Power Tower offers a variety of exercises for a full-body workout. Adjust the height and backrest positions to suit your body and the exercise you are performing.

The dip station features 12 levels of height adjustment, ranging from 72 inches (183 cm) to 92 inches (233 cm). To adjust the height:

  1. Loosen the adjustment knobs on the vertical posts.
  2. Slide the upper posts to your desired height.
  3. Ensure the locking pins engage fully into the adjustment holes.

The backrest offers 5 adjustment positions. To adjust the backrest:

  1. Loosen the adjustment knob located near the backrest.
  2. Slide the backrest to your preferred position.
  3. Tighten the adjustment knob firmly to secure the backrest.
