• Can I use the Poolmate robot if I have added liquid flocculants?

  No, it is not recommended to use the robotic cleaner in pools where liquid flocculants or other clarifying agents have been added, as these substances can clog or damage the filter system.

• Why can't I connect to the robot via the app while it is underwater?

  Wireless signals (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) do not travel well through water. You must complete the connection and setup via the Poolmate Bot app while the robot is on shore before submerging it.
