メンテナンス

Ink Cartridge Care

  • If the ink cartridge is exposed to air for a long time and the ink dries up, use dust-free paper or wet wipes to gently wipe only the nozzle plate in a single direction. Avoid touching the contacts or wiping back and forth.
  • One ink cartridge can typically print 80-100 photo papers. If the printing quantity exceeds this limit, the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.
  • Even if you don't need to print frequently, it is recommended to print at least once a week (every 3-5 days) to prevent the ink cartridge from drying out.

紙の取り扱い

  • Always ensure the smooth, printable surface of the photo paper is facing downwards when loading.
  • Make sure there are no more than 10 sheets of photo paper in the compartment at a time. Keep the photo paper flat and without folds to prevent jamming.
  • Use original Nelko photo paper for the best printing effect and to avoid potential issues.
