The X820 Ultra supports three connection modes: 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and wired USB-C. A switch on the back of the keyboard allows you to select the desired mode.
- 2.4GHzワイヤレス: For ultra-low latency connection, ideal for gaming. Insert the 2.4GHz receiver into your device's USB port.
- Bluetooth 5.1： For multi-device multitasking. Pair with up to three devices.

Smart TFT Display & Control Knob
The keyboard features a vivid TFT smart screen and a precision metal control knob for real-time adjustments and information display.

ガスケットの構造
The keyboard is built with a soft gasket-mounted structure, combining a 1.2mm FR4 fiberglass dual-layer PCB with individual switch slots. This design, along with PORON foam, IXPE pad, PET sheet, DEPDM, and molded silicone, provides a deeper sound, softer touch, and enhanced typing feedback.

メンテナンス
クリーニング
To clean your keyboard, power it off and disconnect it from your device. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For deeper cleaning, use the provided key puller to remove keycaps and clean underneath with compressed air or a small brush. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
スイッチとキーキャップの交換
Thanks to the hot-swappable design, you can easily replace switches and keycaps. Use the included 2-in-1 key puller to carefully remove keycaps and switches. Ensure replacement switches are compatible (3-pin or 5-pin mechanical switches) and insert them gently until they click into place.
トラブルシューティング
- キーボードが反応しない: Ensure the keyboard is charged and the correct connectivity mode (2.4G, BT, or USB) is selected via the switch on the back. For wireless modes, check if the receiver is properly inserted or if Bluetooth is paired.
- RGB照明が機能しない: Check lighting settings via the control knob or web driver. Ensure the keyboard is not in a low-power state.
