設定
1. 開梱とコンポーネントの識別
Carefully unbox your PETKIT PuraMax 2. Ensure all components are present as listed in the packing list. The unit comes pre-assembled, requiring minimal setup.

2. 初期配置と電源接続
Place the litter box on a flat, hard surface. Avoid placing it on carpets or against walls to ensure accurate weight sensor readings and proper operation. Connect the power adapter to the unit and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.

3. Litter and Waste Bin Setup
The PuraMax 2 is compatible with most clumping cat litter types (Tofu, Bentonite, Clay, Mixed). Fill the barrel with your chosen litter, ensuring it stays below the MAX line indicated inside the unit. Install the provided trash bag in the waste bin located on the side of the unit, and insert the N50 2.0 odor dispeller.

Download the PETKIT app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your PuraMax 2 via 2.4G Wi-Fi. The app allows for remote control, usage tracking, and customized settings.

操作手順

The PuraMax 2 automatically cleans after your cat uses it. It features 7 infrared sensors and 4 weight sensors for accurate cat detection, ensuring the cleaning cycle only begins when the cat has exited the unit. The anti-pinch structure keeps the entrance open at all times for safety.

The unit incorporates a 2-way odor removal system. The K3 smart spray automatically dispenses air purifier liquid, and the N50 2.0 odor dispeller neutralizes odors in the sealed waste bin. This ensures a fresh environment even in multi-cat households.

メンテナンス
1. Waste Bin Emptying
The sealed waste bin can hold up to 15 days of waste for a single cat. To empty, unlock the latch on the side, pull out the waste bin, and dispose of the full trash bag. Replace with a new trash bag and reinsert the bin.

2. Liner Cleaning and Replacement
The enhanced liner is scratch-resistant, wear-proof, and non-stick. It can be easily detached for cleaning or replacement. Gently wipe the litter pad during clean-up; avoid scrubbing to prevent damage to the water-proof surface.

トラブルシューティング
If you encounter any issues with your PETKIT PuraMax 2, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
