This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, setup, and operation of your ARPHA D280W-H300 Keyless Entry Door Deadbolt with Handle Set. This smart lock offers multiple unlocking methods including fingerprint, passcode, mobile app control, and traditional key access, enhancing convenience and security for your home.

設定

1. インストール

Follow these steps to physically install the lock on your door. Ensure your door thickness is between 1-3/8" to 2-1/8" (35mm - 55mm) and the backset is 2-3/8" (60mm) or 2-3/4" (70mm).

2. ラッチを取り付けます。 Insert the deadbolt latch into the door edge. Ensure the word "UP" on the deadbolt faces upwards. Secure with two 25mm screws.
3. 外装キーパッドの取り付け: Pass the connection wire through the bottom-right hole of the mounting plate. Align the protruding position of the latch with the concave position of the lock body and insert the exterior keypad.
4. 取り付けプレートを取り付けます: Secure the mounting plate to the door using two screws, ensuring the wire passes through the correct opening.
5. Connect Interior Unit: Connect the power and communication cables from the exterior unit to the interior unit.
6. マウント内部ユニット: Attach the interior unit to the mounting plate, ensuring all wires are tucked away. Secure with screws.
7. バッテリーの取り付け： Insert 8 AA batteries into the interior unit. The lock will automatically identify the unlocking direction.

2. Initial Setup (Administrator & User Management)

After installation, set up the administrator password and add user credentials.

1. 管理者パスワードの設定: Briefly press the setup button (located on the interior unit, under the battery cover). Enter a 6-9 digit password twice, then press the unlock button to confirm.
2. Add User Passwords: Briefly press the setup button, enter the administrator password, and press the unlock button. Then, press '1' to add a password. Enter a 6-9 digit password twice, then press the unlock button to confirm.
3. Add User Fingerprints: Briefly press the setup button, enter the administrator password, and press the unlock button. Then, press '2' to add a fingerprint. Place your finger on the sensor four times as prompted.

3. App Pairing & Network Configuration

The ARPHA D280W-H300 supports Wi-Fi connectivity for remote control via a mobile application. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4G.

Your ARPHA smart lock offers five ways to unlock:

高度な機能

• オートロック： The lock can be configured to automatically lock after a set period. To adjust this setting, briefly press the setup button, enter the administrator password, press the unlock button, then press '4' for settings, and '1' for auto-lock. You can set the auto-lock delay from 5 to 900 seconds.

• 覗き見防止パスコード: To prevent others from observing your passcode, you can enter random digits before or after your actual passcode. The lock will still recognize the correct sequence.

• 音量設定： Adjust the voice prompt volume. Briefly press the setup button, enter the administrator password, press the unlock button, then press '4' for settings, and '2' for voice prompt volume. Choose from silent (1), low (2), medium (3), or high (4).

メンテナンス

バッテリー交換

The lock uses 8 AA batteries. When the battery level is low, you will receive a reminder. Replace all 8 batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation.

• 非常用電力： If batteries deplete completely, you can use a USB-C power bank to temporarily power the lock via the hidden USB-C port on the exterior unit.

トラブルシューティング

• アプリの接続の問題: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on and your Wi-Fi network is 2.4G. If issues persist, try re-pairing the device as described in the "App Pairing & Network Configuration" section.
• 管理者パスワードを忘れた場合: If you forget the administrator password, you can perform a factory reset. Briefly press the setup button for 7 seconds, then press the unlock button to confirm. This will reset all settings and user data.

• Verification Failed (Password/Fingerprint): Ensure you are entering the correct password or placing your finger correctly on the sensor. If the administrator password needs to be changed, follow the modification steps.
