設定

1. イヤホンとケースの充電

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the case to a power source using a compatible USB-C cable. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.

2.Bluetoothペアリング

1. イヤホンが充電されており、充電ケースに入っていることを確認します。
2. 充電ケースの蓋を開けます。イヤホンは自動的にペアリングモードになります。
3. デバイス（スマートフォン、タブレット、ラップトップ）で Bluetooth 設定に移動し、Bluetooth をオンにします。
4. Select "VIAIM Air" from the list of available devices.

3. VIAIM App Installation

For full functionality, including AI features and advanced settings, download the official VIAIM App from your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store). 検索する "VIAIM" and install the application.

The VIAIM Air earbuds are primarily controlled via the VIAIM App. Basic functions like play/pause and call management can be performed through the app interface once connected.

Note: The international version of the VIAIM App includes a free 600-minute transcription package per month. Additional transcription time can be purchased within the app.

メンテナンス

クリーニング

• 柔らかく乾いた糸くずの出ない布でイヤホンと充電ケースを優しく拭いてください。
• 研磨剤入りの洗剤、アルコール、化学溶剤は使用しないでください。
• 充電ポートにほこりやごみが付かないようにしてください。

ストレージ

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and maintain battery life. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

トラブルシューティング

イヤホンがペアリング/接続されない:

• 両方のイヤホンが充電されていることを確認します。
• デバイスの Bluetooth をオフにしてからオンにします。
• Forget "VIAIM Air" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• デバイスを再起動します。

音が出ない、または音量が低い:

• Check the volume level on both your device and within the VIAIM App.
