5. セットアップ手順

2. 配置: Place the main heat press unit on a sturdy, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is enough space around the machine for the 360° swing-away function.
3. 電源接続: Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a grounded electrical outlet (110 Volts).
4. Attaching Platens:
   • The T-shirt platen is usually pre-installed. To change to other attachments (mug, cap, plate), you will need to unplug the corresponding heating element cable from the control box and unscrew any securing nuts/bolts.
   • Align the desired attachment with the mounting points and secure it using the provided screws or clips. Reconnect the heating element cable to the control box.
5. 圧力調整: Adjust the pressure knob on top of the heating element to achieve the desired pressure for your material. Turn clockwise for more pressure, counter-clockwise for less.

6. 操作手順

6.1 General Operation (Temperature & Time Setting)

1. 電源オン: Flip the red power switch on the side of the control box to the "ON" position.
2. 設定温度: Press the "SET" button once. The temperature display will flash. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust to your desired temperature (e.g., 365°F for sublimation). Press "SET" again to confirm.
3. 時間設定: After setting the temperature, press the "SET" button again. The time display will flash. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust to your desired time (e.g., 60 seconds). Press "SET" again to confirm.
4. 加熱を開始します。 The machine will begin heating to the set temperature. The "OUT" light will illuminate. Once the set temperature is reached, the machine will beep.
5. スイッチ温度単位: To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), long press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for five seconds.

6.2 T-shirt Pressing

1. Place the t-shirt onto the bottom platen. Ensure it is flat and smooth.
2. Position your transfer design (e.g., HTV, sublimation print) onto the t-shirt.
3. Cover the design with a Teflon sheet to protect the heating element and prevent ink transfer.
4. Swing the top heating platen over the t-shirt and press the handle down firmly until it locks. The timer will start automatically.
5. Once the timer beeps, lift the handle and swing the heating platen away.
6. Carefully remove the Teflon sheet and peel off the transfer paper (hot or cold peel, depending on your material).

6.3 マグカッププレス

1. Attach the appropriate mug press attachment for your mug size.

4. Close the mug press handle. The timer will start.

6. Immediately peel off the transfer paper. Allow the mug to cool completely.

6.4 キャッププレス

1. Attach the cap press attachment to the main unit.
2. Place the cap onto the cap platen, ensuring it is smooth and centered.
3. Position your design onto the cap.
4. Lower the heating element onto the cap and apply pressure. The timer will start.
5. Once the timer beeps, lift the heating element and carefully remove the cap.
6. Peel off the transfer paper.

6.5 プレートプレス

1. Attach the appropriate plate press attachment for your plate size.

3. Place the plate onto the plate press attachment.
4. Lower the heating element onto the plate and apply pressure. The timer will start.
