2. Downloading the SenseFlow App

Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. Your phone must be compatible with the SenseFlow app.

3. Installing the Essential Oil Refill

1. Unscrew the cap from the essential oil refill bottle.
2. Carefully insert the essential oil bottle into the bottom of the diffuser unit. Ensure it is securely seated.
3. Plug the diffuser into a standard electrical outlet.
