2. セットアップ

2.1. インストールのガイドライン

Before installation, ensure your door meets the compatibility requirements (door thickness 35-60mm). It is crucial to measure your existing mortise lock to select the correct size for replacement.

1. ドアの準備: Remove your old lock. Ensure the door frame and door edge are clean and free of debris.

3. フロントパネルをインストールします。 Connect the necessary cables from the front panel through the door. Position the front panel and secure it.
4. 背面パネルの取り付け: Connect the cables from the front panel to the rear panel. Align the rear panel and secure it with screws. Ensure the handle operates smoothly.
5. バッテリーの挿入： Open the battery compartment on the rear panel and insert four AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.

2.2. App Pairing and WiFi Connection

To utilize the smart features, download the dedicated mobile application (refer to the QR code in the included manual or search in your app store). The lock connects via 2.4G WiFi.

3. 操作手順

3.1. ロック解除方法

Your Splenssy Smart Lock offers five convenient ways to unlock your door:

• 指紋によるロック解除: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will unlock upon successful recognition. The lock supports up to 100 fingerprints.

• パスワード入力: Enter your registered password on the touchscreen keypad, then press '#' or the confirmation key.
• ICカード： Present your registered IC card to the card reader area on the lock.
• メカニカルキー: 緊急時または電池切れの場合は、付属の機械キーを使用して手動でドアのロックを解除してください。
• アプリのロック解除: Use the mobile application to remotely unlock the door.

3.2. リモートアクセスと監視

The integrated 120° wide-angle camera and smart doorbell allow for remote interaction and monitoring.

• Smart Doorbell: When a visitor presses the doorbell button on the lock, the camera captures a photo, and a notification is sent to your smartphone app.
• リモートロック解除: From the app, you can view the visitor and remotely grant access by unlocking the door.
• アクティビティログ: The app maintains a record of all door opening events, allowing you to track who enters and exits your home.

4. メンテナンス

4.1. バッテリーの交換

The lock is powered by four AA batteries. When the battery level is low, the lock will provide a low battery warning. Replace all four batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation.

• Open the battery compartment cover on the interior panel.
• 古いバッテリーを取り外し、責任を持って処分してください。
• 正しい極性 (+/-) を確認して、新しい AA 電池を挿入します。
• 電池ボックスのカバーを閉じます。

4.2. 非常用電源

In the event of complete battery depletion, the lock can be temporarily powered via a USB emergency power source (e.g., a power bank). Connect a USB cable to the emergency power port on the exterior panel to provide temporary power for unlocking.

4.3. 清掃

Clean the lock's exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish and electronic components. Keep the fingerprint sensor and camera lens clean for optimal performance.

• Lock is unresponsive: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Use the USB emergency power or mechanical key if batteries are completely drained.

• Doorbell notification not received: Check app notification settings on your smartphone. Ensure the lock has a stable WiFi connection.
• ロック機構が硬い: Check for any obstructions around the latch or deadbolt. Ensure the installation was performed correctly and the lock body is aligned.
