3. セットアップ手順

3.1 PCへの接続

To connect the PHOINIKAS H9 Gaming Headset to a PC, use the included 1-to-2 3.5mm audio jack splitter cable. The red jack is for the microphone, and the green jack is for audio output. The USB plug is for powering the LED lights only.

1. Plug the 3.5mm audio jack from the headset into the female end of the splitter cable.
2. Connect the red splitter plug to your PC's microphone input jack.
3. Connect the green splitter plug to your PC's audio output jack.
4. Plug the USB connector into an available USB port on your PC to power the LED lights.

3.2 PS4/PS5への接続

The headset connects directly to the PS4/PS5 controller via the 3.5mm audio jack. The USB connection is not required for audio or microphone on consoles, only for LED lights.

1. Plug the 3.5mm audio jack from the headset directly into the 3.5mm port on your PS4 or PS5 controller.
2. (Optional) Plug the USB connector into an available USB port on your console to power the LED lights.
3. Adjust audio settings on your console: Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Output to Headphones > All Audio.

3.3 Xbox Oneへの接続

For Xbox One, an additional Microsoft adapter (not included) is required for full functionality. Newer Xbox One controllers may have a 3.5mm jack directly.

1. If your Xbox One controller has a 3.5mm jack, plug the headset's 3.5mm audio jack directly into it.
2. If your controller does not have a 3.5mm jack, connect the headset to the Microsoft adapter, then plug the adapter into the controller.
3. (Optional) Plug the USB connector into an available USB port on your console to power the LED lights.
4. Adjust audio settings on your console as needed.

3.4 Connecting to Nintendo Switch, Laptop, Tablet, and Mobile Devices

For these devices, simply plug the headset's 3.5mm audio jack directly into the device's 3.5mm port. The USB connection is only for LED lights and is optional.

4. 操作手順

4.1 ボリュームコントロール

6.1 音が出ない、または音量が低い

• Verify the audio settings on your device (PC, console, mobile) to ensure the headset is selected as the output device and volume is not muted.

• Verify the microphone is properly positioned near your mouth.

• For Xbox One, confirm that the required Microsoft adapter is correctly connected, if applicable.
• Note: The microphone is not supported on Nintendo Switch.
