The Narpult Smart Lock is an advanced keyless entry electronic keypad deadbolt designed for enhanced home security and convenience. It offers multiple unlocking methods and smart features for modern living.

2.インストールガイド

The Narpult Smart Lock is designed for easy installation on standard pre-drilled doors. A cross screwdriver is typically the only tool required.

2.1 ドアの互換性

This smart lock is compatible with door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm to 55mm). The door latches are adjustable to lengths of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4".

3. 操作手順

3.1 ロック解除方法

The Narpult Smart Lock offers five convenient ways to unlock your door:

1. 指紋： Unlock in 1 second with high accuracy. Stores up to 50 fingerprints.
2. パスコード: Use the electronic keypad. Supports 50 permanent codes and unlimited temporary codes.
3. ICカード： Tap the included IC cards (4 pcs) to unlock.
4. メカニカルキー: Traditional key access (2 pcs included) for backup.
5. アプリコントロール: Manage and unlock the lock via the TTlock App using Bluetooth.

3.2 App Operation (TTlock App)

The TTlock App allows for comprehensive control and management of your smart lock via Bluetooth. For remote control and voice assistant integration, a G2 Wi-Fi gateway (sold separately) is required.

3.2.1 Adding the Lock to the App

To add your Narpult Smart Lock to the TTlock App:

1. Stay within 2 meters of the lock.

3. Wake up the lock keypad by touching it.
4. In the app, select your lock from the nearby devices list and name it.
5. Select the correct door operation (left or right opening, inside or outside).

3.2.2 Sharing Access (eKeys & Admin)

You can share app operation access with family or guests:

1. Open the home page of your lock in the app.
2. Click 'eKeys' or 'Authorized Admin'.
3. Send eKeys or create an admin.
4. Choose the type of eKey (timed, permanent, one-time, recurring) or admin (timed, permanent).
5. Enter the recipient's information.
6. Confirm to send.

3.2.3 Generating Passcodes

The app supports 6 types of passcodes:

• 永続
• 時間制限
• 一度
• Custom (4-9 digits in length)
• 定期的
• 消去

Generate passcodes directly from the app and share them as needed. For one-time PIN codes, these can be easily shared with couriers or visitors.

3.2.4 指紋の追加

To add fingerprints for quick access:

1. In the app, navigate to the 'Fingerprints' section.
2. Follow the prompts to place and remove your finger on the lock's fingerprint sensor 4 times for 360-degree data collection.

3.2.5 Adding IC Cards

To add IC cards for tap-to-unlock functionality:

1. In the app, navigate to the 'Cards' section.
2. Follow the prompts to place the IC card against the card reader sensor on the Smart Lock.

3.2.6 Locking/Unlocking the Door via App

To lock the door via the app, hold the lock icon for a second. To unlock, touch the lock icon once.

3.3 スマート機能

• オートロック： Configure the lock to automatically lock after a set delay (5-900 seconds) after entry or exit. This feature can be enabled and adjusted in the app settings under 'Auto Lock'.

• サイレントモード： Turn off the lock sound via the app to mute keypad beeps.

• 通過モード： Keep the door unlocked for a specified period, useful for high-traffic times.
• Voice Control & Remote Control: Requires a G2 Wi-Fi gateway (sold separately) for integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, enabling voice commands and remote unlocking/locking.

• Interior Knob Unlocking: The interior knob allows for quick and easy exit.

4. セキュリティ機能

• 覗き見防止コード: Enter random digits before or after your actual access code to prevent others from guessing your code.

• 間違ったコード入力制限： If an incorrect passcode is entered 4 times consecutively, the keypad will lock for 5 minutes to prevent unauthorized access attempts.

5. メンテナンス

5.1 電源とバッテリー

The Narpult Smart Lock operates on 4 AAA batteries (not included), providing power for at least 6 months under normal use.

• 低バッテリー警告: The lock will sound a beep alarm when the battery level drops below 20%.
• Emergency Charge (Type-C): In case of complete battery depletion, the lock can be temporarily powered via a Type-C USB cable for emergency access.

6。 トラブルシューティング

If you encounter any issues with your Narpult Smart Lock, please refer to the following common solutions:

• ロックが応答しない: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Ensure the keypad is awake by touching it.
• 指紋が認識されません: 指が清潔で乾いていることを確認してください。アプリで指紋を再登録してみてください。
• アプリの接続の問題: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you are within range of the lock. Restart the app or your phone if needed.
• キーパッドが反応しない: If the keypad is unresponsive after multiple incorrect entries, it may be in a lockout period. Wait 5 minutes before trying again.
• 機械キーが機能しない: キーが完全に挿入され、正しく回されていることを確認してください。
