時刻と日付の設定

Your Timex watch features a crown on the right side of the case for adjusting the time and date. The crown has three positions:

1. 位置1（押し込み）: Normal operating position. The watch is running.
2. ポジション2（ワンクリックで引き出す）： Used for quick-setting the Day and Date.
3. ポジション3（2クリック引き出した状態）: Used for setting the Time.

To Set the Date:

• リューズを引き出して ポジション2.
• 王冠を回します 時計回り to advance the date.
• 王冠を回します 反時計回り to advance the day.
• Adjust until the correct date and day are displayed.
