The ST1400 helmet features a resin-infused TCT-U 3K carbon fiber shell, providing exceptional impact dispersal. Its aerodynamic design minimizes lift and turbulence for a stable ride. Key features include:

1. サイズと初期フィット

Before first use, ensure the helmet is the correct size for your head. A properly fitting helmet should be snug around your head and cheeks without causing pressure points. To determine your size, measure your head circumference just above your eyebrows and around the largest part of your head.

2. AirFit Inflation Adjustment System

The AirFit system allows for fine-tuning the fit of the cheek pads. Locate the inflation bulb near the chin bar and the release valve. To inflate, repeatedly press the bulb until the desired snugness is achieved. To deflate, press the release valve. This system helps to customize the fit for comfort and stability during rides.

Always secure the chin strap firmly. The ST1400 uses a double D-ring retention system. Thread the strap through both D-rings, then back through the first D-ring. Pull tight until snug under your chin. Ensure there is no slack and the helmet cannot be rolled off your head.

1. Main Visor Operation (EverClear Shield)

The EverClear Shield features state-of-the-art fog-free technology and an anti-scratch coating. To open or close the visor, use the tab located at the bottom center. The Ellip-Tec II ratchet system ensures a firm seal when closed. A "City Position" adjustment provides a small opening for increased airflow during low-speed riding.

2. スピードView サンバイザー

The integrated SpeedView sun visor can be deployed or retracted using the slider mechanism located on the left side of the helmet. This allows for quick adaptation to changing light conditions without needing to change the main shield. The sun visor also features an EverClear anti-fog coating.

3. 換気システム

The Aero-Tuned Ventilation system provides optimal airflow. The helmet features adjustable dual ram-air intakes on the top and a chin vent. Exhaust vents are integrated into the rear spoiler. Adjust the sliders on the vents to control the amount of airflow for cooling and to reduce humidity inside the helmet.

4. Bluetooth Communication Integration

The ST1400 is designed to seamlessly integrate with the EXO-COM Communicator Kit or other compatible Bluetooth systems (sold separately). Speaker pockets are provided within the helmet for easy installation of communication devices.

メンテナンスとケア

1. Cleaning the Exterior Shell

Clean the helmet's exterior with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or petroleum-based products, as these can damage the shell finish and protective coatings. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft, clean cloth.

The EverClear shield and SpeedView sun visor should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For best results, remove the main shield for cleaning. Allow to air dry or gently blot with a microfiber cloth.

3. KwikWick III Interior Removal and Washing

The KwikWick III interior liner and cheek pads are removable and washable. Gently detach the components from the helmet shell. Hand wash in cold water with mild soap or machine wash on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Air dry completely before re-installing. Do not tumble dry or use bleach.
