インストールガイドライン

This is a split-system air conditioner requiring professional installation. Ensure the installation area meets the minimum width requirement of 96 cm for the indoor unit. The copper condenser coil ensures better cooling and requires low maintenance. Always ensure proper grounding and electrical connections are made by a qualified technician.

操作手順

リモートコントロール

The air conditioner is controlled via the provided remote control. Familiarize yourself with the buttons for power, mode selection (Cool, Heat, Fan, Dry), temperature adjustment, fan speed, and special features.

メンテナンス

フィルタークリーニングインジケーター

The unit features a Filter Clean Indicator that alerts you when the air filter requires cleaning. Regularly cleaning the filter is crucial for maintaining air quality and the efficiency of the AC.

General Cleaning and Care

• 室外機： Keep the outdoor unit clear of obstructions, dust, and debris to ensure proper heat exchange.
• 室内機： Wipe the surface of the indoor unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

トラブルシューティング

If you encounter any issues with your Hitachi AC, please refer to the following basic troubleshooting steps before contacting customer service.

• AC not turning on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and if the circuit breaker has tripped. Ensure batteries in the remote control are functional.
• 冷房・暖房不足： Verify that the correct mode is selected and the temperature setting is appropriate. Clean the air filter if it is dirty. Ensure no obstructions are blocking the indoor or outdoor units.
• 異常なノイズ: Minor operational sounds are normal. If you hear loud or unusual noises, turn off the unit and contact customer support.
