The control panel on top of the device features various buttons and indicators for easy operation:

デバイスの充電
The eSynic White Noise Machine is equipped with a built-in 1800mAh Lithium Polymer battery. Before first use, or when the battery is low, charge the device using the provided Type-C USB cable.
- Connect the Type-C end of the USB cable to the charging port on the device.
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included), power bank, or computer.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off, depending on the device's design.
A full charge typically provides 17-20 hours of continuous playback.

- 呼吸トレーニング： Press and hold the Breathing Training button for 3 seconds to activate this function, which guides you through breathing exercises.
