時刻と日付の設定

1. リューズを外す: Locate the crown on the right side of the watch case. If it is a screw-down crown, gently unscrew it counter-clockwise until it springs out to position 1.
2. 位置2まで引く（日付設定）： Gently pull the crown out to the first click position (Position 2). Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the date. Adjust the date to the day before the current date.
3. 位置3（時間設定）まで引く： Pull the crown out to the second click position (Position 3). The second hand will stop. Turn the crown to advance the hour and minute hands. Continue turning past 12 o'clock to ensure the date changes; this indicates it is midnight. Set the correct time, paying attention to AM/PM for the date change mechanism.
4. リューズを押してねじ込みます: Once the time and date are set, push the crown back into Position 1. For screw-down crowns, gently push and screw it clockwise back into the case to ensure water resistance.
