Before first use, ensure all components are present and the unit is properly assembled. The CrossWave HydroSteam requires some assembly.

3-in-1 HydroSteam Cleaning

This mode allows you to vacuum, wash, and steam your floors simultaneously. It is particularly effective for tough, sticky messes and pet spills.

• Select the desired cleaning mode (e.g., Hard Floor or Area Rug) using the mode selection button.
• Engage the steam function by pressing the steam button. Allow a few moments for the steam to generate.
• Hold the solution spray trigger to dispense water and formula as you move the unit forward and backward over the cleaning area.
• For best results on tough messes, make slow passes to allow the HydroSteam™ Technology to work effectively.

Multi-Surface Versatility

The CrossWave HydroSteam is designed to clean wet and dry messes on multiple sealed hard floor surfaces, including tile, sealed wood, and laminate. It can also refresh area rugs.

• Ensure you select the correct mode for your floor type.
• For area rugs, use the "Area Rug" mode and make slow, even passes. Do not oversaturate rugs.

Tangle-Free Brushroll

The specialized brushroll design minimizes hair wrap and tangles, making it ideal for homes with pets.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your CrossWave HydroSteam.

One-Touch Self-Cleaning Cycle

After each use, perform the self-cleaning cycle to clean the brushroll and internal components.

1. Place the unit on the Auto Clean Out Tray.
2. Ensure the dirty water tank is empty.
3. Fill the clean water tank with FreshStart™ Clean Out Cycle Formula and water as instructed in the quick start guide.
4. Press the self-clean button. The cycle will run automatically, cleaning the brushroll and flushing the system.
5. Once the cycle is complete, empty the dirty water tank and rinse it thoroughly.

• 浄水タンク: Empty any remaining solution after each use. Rinse the tank with warm water.
