The NOVOO 11-in-1 USB C Docking Station is designed to expand the connectivity of your USB-C enabled laptop or device. It provides multiple ports including HDMI, VGA, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, 100W Power Delivery, and an SD/TF card reader, transforming a single USB-C port into a comprehensive workstation solution.

セットアップ手順

1. ホストデバイスに接続します: Plug the USB-C connector of the docking station into a compatible USB-C port on your laptop or device. Ensure your device's USB-C port supports Power Delivery, DisplayPort Alternate Mode, and data transfer for full functionality.
2. 電源アダプタを接続する（オプション）: If your laptop requires charging, connect your original USB-C power adapter to the 100W PD charging port on the docking station.
3. 外部ディスプレイを接続する: Use HDMI or VGA cables to connect your monitors to the corresponding ports on the docking station.
4. 周辺機器を接続します。 Plug in your USB devices (keyboard, mouse, external drives) into the USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 ports.
5. ネットワークに接続する： For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable to the Gigabit Ethernet port.
6. メモリーカードを挿入します: If needed, insert SD or TF cards into their respective slots. Note that SD and TF card slots cannot be used simultaneously.

Triple Display Configuration

The docking station supports triple display output for Windows systems and mirror/non-mirror modes for macOS, subject to OS limitations.

• Windowsシステム： Dual HDMI and VGA ports can mirror or extend up to three external monitors.
  • Single HDMI 1: Up to 4K@30Hz (with DP1.4 source).
  • Dual Monitors (HDMI + HDMI or HDMI + VGA): Up to 1080P@60Hz.
  • Triple Monitors (HDMI + HDMI + VGA): Up to 2*1080P@60Hz + 1*800x400@60Hz.
• macOS システム: Due to Mac OS limitations, it supports only mirror mode and non-mirror mode (all external monitors display the same content, or one extended desktop).

電力供給（PD）充電

The dedicated USB-C PD charging port supports up to 100W (20V/5A) power input, allowing you to charge your host laptop while using the docking station. Ensure your device and power adapter support the PD protocol.

Connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port for a stable and high-speed wired network connection up to 1000Mbps, ideal for large file transfers and online activities.

USB Ports (USB 3.0 & USB 2.0)

The docking station includes two USB 3.0 ports for data transfer speeds up to 5Gbps and two USB 2.0 ports, suitable for connecting low-bandwidth devices like keyboards, mice, and printers.

SD/TF カードリーダー

アクセス files from your SD and Micro SD (TF) memory cards with transfer speeds up to 5Gbps. Please note that the SD and TF card slots cannot be used simultaneously.

トラブルシューティング

Q1: Cannot charge my devices.

A1: Please verify that the host USB-C port of your device supports Power Delivery. Not all USB-C ports support charging input.

Q2: My device does not have a USB-C port. Will it work with a USB-C Female to USB-A Male Adapter?

A2: No, this docking station requires a USB-C port on your host device that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and Power Delivery. A simple USB-C to USB-A adapter will not provide the necessary functionality.

Q3: Display resolution issues.

A3: Refer to the 'Triple Display Configuration' section for supported resolutions. To achieve optimal 3840 x 2160 resolution, ensure you are using a 4K compatible screen display monitor and a DP1.4 source. Resolution may be limited when multiple monitors are connected.

Q4: External monitors go black for a few seconds.

A4: If HDMI monitors go black for 2-4 seconds and then recover, this is normal. It is part of the EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) communication process. The recovery time depends on the laptop and monitor, typically up to 1 minute.

Q5: How to use external monitors with macOS.

A5:

• 拡張デスクトップモード: Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement tab. Ensure 'Mirror Displays' is not selected. Arrange displays as desired. To set a primary display, drag the menu bar to the preferred screen.
