1. Sizing and Fit Adjustment
Proper fit is crucial for helmet effectiveness. Measure your head circumference to select the correct size. The helmet should sit level on your head, covering your forehead, and the straps should be snug but comfortable.
Use a flexible tape measure to find the circumference of your head, approximately 0.6 inches (1.5 cm) above your ears and across your forehead.
Refer to the sizing chart below. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Place the helmet on your head. Turn the adjustment dial at the back of the helmet clockwise to tighten the fit until it is snug and stable, but not uncomfortably tight. Turn counter-clockwise to loosen.
The side straps should form a 'V' shape just below your ears. Adjust the strap sliders to achieve this. The chin strap should be tightened so that only one or two fingers can fit between the strap and your chin.
With the chin strap fastened, try to move the helmet from side to side and front to back. It should not shift significantly.

Align the three clips on the sun visor with the corresponding slots on the front of the helmet. Press firmly until they click into place. To detach, gently pull the visor away from the helmet.
- Magnetic Goggles: The goggles attach to the helmet via strong magnets located on the helmet's front edge. Simply bring the goggles close to the magnetic points, and they will snap into position. To remove, gently pull them away. The goggles can be flipped upwards and attached to the helmet when not in use.
3. Rear Light Activation
The integrated rear light is powered by a CR2032 battery (included). It may require activation or battery installation upon first use.
- Locate the rear light unit at the back of the helmet's adjustment dial.
- Press the center of the light unit to cycle through the modes: Steady On, Slow Flashing, Fast Flashing, and Off.
- Ensure the light is functioning before night rides.
