- Ensure the timer display is at "00:00". If not, press and hold the small button at the bottom of the display to reset it.
- With the display showing "00:00", press the small button at the bottom of the display. The timer will begin counting upwards from 00:00.
- To pause the count-up, press the small button again. Press it once more to resume.
- To reset the count-up timer, press and hold the small button until the display shows "00:00".
