設定

1. バッテリーの取り付け

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

2. アームカフの接続

アームカフからのエアチューブコネクタをモニターユニットの左側にあるエアジャックにしっかりと挿入します。

3. Setting Date and Time (if applicable)

Refer to the specific instructions in your manual for setting the date and time, usually involving pressing the 'MEM' button in a specific sequence while the unit is off or in setup mode.

操作手順

測定の準備

• 測定前の少なくとも 30 分間は、食事、飲酒、喫煙、運動を避けてください。
• 測定を行う前に少なくとも 5 分間休憩してください。
• 背中を支え、足を床に平らに置いてまっすぐに座ります。
• カフが心臓の高さになるように腕を平らな面に置きます。
• カフは衣服の上からではなく、素肌に直接装着してください。

アームカフの装着

1. 左腕をカフループに通します。エアチューブは腕の内側に沿って伸びているはずです。
2. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1 inch (2-3 cm) above your elbow.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, securing it with the hook and loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

測定を行う

1. With the cuff correctly applied and the unit connected, press the 始める ボタン。
2. カフは自動的に膨らみます。測定中は静かにしてください。
3. 測定が完了すると、カフが収縮期血圧、拡張期血圧、脈拍数が画面に表示されます。
4. The unit will automatically store the reading in its memory.

The SmartHeart monitor stores previous readings for easy review.

View保存された測定値を取得する

• From the OFF state, press the メム ボタン。
• 最新の読み取りが最初に表示されます。

• The unit will display the average of the last three readings (if available) before showing individual readings.

メモリのクリア

To clear all stored readings, press and hold the メム button for approximately 5 seconds while in memory recall mode until "CLR" or "---" appears on the display, indicating memory has been cleared.

メンテナンスとケア

• Clean the monitor unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Store the unit in its storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• 長期間使用しない場合は、液漏れを防ぐため電池を取り外してください。
• Do not drop or subject the unit to strong impacts.
• Regularly check the air tube and cuff for any signs of damage or wear.
