設定

The OONO terminal block is designed for screw mounting. Follow these steps for installation:

  1. 取り付け位置を選択してください: Choose a stable surface, such as a wooden board, for mounting the terminal block.
  2. Position the Module: Place the terminal block in the desired location and mark the positions for the mounting screws.
  3. モジュールを固定する: Use the two included M3 x 10mm wood screws to securely fasten the terminal block to the mounting surface. Ensure the module is stable and does not wobble.

操作手順

This terminal block facilitates organized electrical distribution. Understand the connection points and their specifications before wiring.

Terminal Layout and Capacity:

  • A / B Terminal Blocks: These are the main input/output terminals. Each A or B position can handle a maximum current of 30 Amp. The wire range for these terminals is 26AWG to 10AWG (4.0mm²), with a strip length of 8mm.
  • A1~A12 / B1~B12 Terminal Blocks: These are the distribution terminals. Each individual A1-A12 or B1-B12 position can handle a maximum current of 20 Amp. The total maximum current for all A1-A12 positions combined is 30 Amp, and similarly for B1-B12 positions. The maximum voltage for all terminals is 300V. The wire range for these terminals is 26AWG to 12AWG (2.5mm²), with a strip length of 7mm.

配線手順:

  1. ワイヤーを準備する: Strip the insulation from the ends of your wires according to the specified strip lengths (8mm for A/B terminals, 7mm for A1-A12/B1-B12 terminals). Ensure the wire gauge is within the specified range.
  2. ネジを緩める: Use a suitable screwdriver to loosen the M3 screws on the desired terminal points.
  3. ワイヤを挿入: Insert the stripped wire end fully into the terminal opening. Ensure no stray strands are exposed.
  4. ネジを締めます: Tighten the screw firmly to secure the wire. Perform a gentle pull test on each wire to confirm a secure connection.
  5. 接続を確認します。 Double-check all connections for correct polarity and secure fastening before applying power.

メンテナンス

Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and safe operation of your terminal block.

  • 定期点検: Periodically inspect all wire connections to ensure they remain tight. Vibrations or temperature changes can sometimes loosen screw terminals over time.
  • 清潔さ: Keep the terminal block free from dust, dirt, and moisture. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • 環境条件: Ensure the operating environment remains within suitable temperature and humidity ranges to prevent material degradation.

トラブルシューティング

If you encounter issues with your OONO terminal block, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • 電源なし/断続的な接続:
    • Check all screw terminals to ensure wires are securely fastened. Loose connections are a common cause of power loss or intermittent operation.
    • Verify that the wire insulation is stripped to the correct length and that the bare wire is fully inserted into the terminal.
    • Confirm that the wire gauge is appropriate for the terminal and that it is not too thin or too thick.
  • 過熱:
    • Ensure that the current flowing through any individual terminal or group of terminals does not exceed the specified maximum ratings (30A for A/B, 20A for A1-A12/B1-B12 individual, 30A total for A1-A12 or B1-B12).
    • Check for short circuits in the connected wiring.
  • Difficulty Inserting Wires:
    • Ensure the screw is sufficiently loosened.
    • Verify the wire gauge is within the acceptable range for the specific terminal.

If problems persist after performing these checks, consult a qualified electrician or contact OONO customer support.
