設定

- 配置: Place the vibration plate on a firm, level, and non-slip surface. Ensure there is sufficient clear space around the machine (at least 0.5 meters) for safe exercise and movement.

操作手順
電源オン/オフ

- ランニング（強）: Place your feet wide apart, towards the edges of the platform. This position delivers the strongest vibration, simulating a vigorous running workout (typically speeds 66-99).

Bluetooth接続
The EVOLAND Vibration Plate features a built-in Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to enjoy music during your workout:

For optimal results and to maximize the benefits of whole-body vibration, it is recommended to use the machine for 10-15 minutes per day. Incorporate various poses and exercises, such as squats, lunges, or planks, to target different muscle groups.
