2.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester
The HIOKI IR4051-10 is a 5-range digital insulation resistance tester designed for ease of use and durability. It features stable and high-speed measurements, a comparator function with a 0.8-second response time, and a robust, drop-proof design capable of withstanding a 1-meter fall onto concrete. It includes a high-brightness white LED backlight for improved visibility in dark environments and a test lead with an integrated light. The device also offers a 200mA continuity check function and DC voltage measurement capabilities, making it suitable for various electrical testing applications, including solar power systems and electric vehicles.

2.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp メーター
The HIOKI 3280-10F is a thin and robust AC clamp meter, an essential tool for electricians. It allows for easy measurement of AC current, AC voltage、DC voltage, resistance, and continuity. Its compact design with a jaw thickness of 9.5mm enables measurements in confined spaces. The meter supports an optional AC flexible current sensor (CT6280) for enhanced versatility and features an expanded operating temperature range for use in diverse environments.

3. セットアップ
3.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester
バッテリーの取り付け
- 機器の電源がオフになっていることを確認します。
- ユニットの背面にある電池ボックスを見つけます。
- 電池カバーを開きます。
- Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries (LR6), observing correct polarity.
- 電池カバーをしっかりと閉じてください。
テストリードの接続
- Connect the red test lead to the LINE terminal and the black test lead to the EARTH terminal.
- 接続がしっかりしていて安全であることを確認してください。
3.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp メーター
バッテリーの取り付け
- 機器の電源がオフになっていることを確認します。
- バッテリー収納部を見つけます。
- 電池カバーを開きます。
- Insert one (1) CR2032 coin-type lithium battery, observing correct polarity.
- 電池カバーをしっかりと閉じてください。
テストリードの接続
- 赤いテストリードを VΩ 端子に接続し、黒いテストリードを COM 端子に接続します。
- 接続がしっかりしていて安全であることを確認してください。
4. 操作手順
4.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester
絶縁抵抗測定
- Turn the rotary switch to the desired insulation resistance voltage (50V、125V、250V、500V、または1000V)。
- テストリードをテスト対象の回路に接続します。
- Press and hold the MEASURE button. The measurement will begin, and the result will be displayed.
- Release the MEASURE button to stop the measurement. The circuit will automatically discharge.
DCVol。tag測定
- Turn the rotary switch to the 'V.' position.
- テストリードをDC電圧に接続しますtag電子ソース。
- DCvol。tage値が表示されます。
ACVol。tag測定
- Turn the rotary switch to the 'V.' position. The meter will automatically detect AC or DC.
- テストリード線をAC電圧に接続しますtag電子ソース。
- AC巻tage値が表示されます。
Low Resistance Measurement (Continuity Check)
- ロータリースイッチを「Ω」の位置に回します。
- Connect the test leads to the circuit or component to be checked.
- The resistance value will be displayed. If the resistance is below a certain threshold (e.g., 6Ω), the continuity buzzer will sound.
4.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp メーター
交流電流測定
- ロータリースイッチを「A~」の位置に回します。
- clを開くamp ジョーが1本の導体を包み込むようにして固定します。ジョーが完全に閉じていることを確認してください。
- The AC current value will be displayed.
ACVol。tag測定
- ロータリースイッチを「V~」の位置に回します。
- テストリード線をAC電圧に並列に接続しますtag電子ソース。
- AC巻tage値が表示されます。
DCVol。tag測定
- ロータリースイッチを「V=」の位置に回します。
- テストリード線をDC電圧に並列に接続しますtage source, observing polarity.
- DCvol。tage値が表示されます。
抵抗測定
- ロータリースイッチを「Ω」の位置に回します。
- 回路の電源が切れていることを確認してください。
- 抵抗を測定するには、コンポーネント全体にテスト リード線を接続します。
- 抵抗値が表示されます。
連続性チェック
- ロータリースイッチを「Ω」の位置に回します。
- 回路の電源が切れていることを確認してください。
- テスト リード線を回路またはコンポーネントに接続します。
- If continuity exists (resistance below threshold), the buzzer will sound.
5. メンテナンス
バッテリー交換
Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Refer to the 'Battery Installation' section for specific instructions for each model.
クリーニング
柔らかい乾いた布で拭いてください。頑固な汚れには、布を軽く湿らせてから拭いてください。amp水と中性洗剤で洗い流し、乾拭きしてください。研磨剤入りの洗剤や溶剤は使用しないでください。
ストレージ
When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and store the instruments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

電源なし
- 電池が正しく取り付けられ、十分に充電されていることを確認してください。必要に応じて交換してください。
- Ensure the rotary switch is not in the 'OFF' position.
誤った読み方
- 正しい測定機能と範囲が選択されていることを確認します。
- テストリードが正しく接続されており、損傷がないことを確認します。
- Check for external interference or strong magnetic fields affecting the measurement.
- clの場合amp meter, ensure only one conductor is enclosed within the jaws for current measurement.
ディスプレイが機能しない
- Check battery condition and replace if needed.
