4. セットアップ

- 発酵 (Fermentation): Maintains a temperature of 40°C, ideal for dough proofing.
オーブン温度制御: Temperatures can be set from 100°C to 250°C in 10°C increments. Note that operation at 210-250°C is limited to approximately 3 minutes, after which the oven automatically switches to 200°C to prevent overheating.
