2. セットアップ

2.1開梱と配置

Carefully remove the printer from its packaging. Place the printer on a stable, flat surface with adequate space around it for ventilation and paper handling. Ensure the power cable can reach an electrical outlet without strain.

The PIXMA MX472 supports wireless connectivity. Follow the on-screen prompts on the printer's display to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Alternatively, use the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button on your router and the printer for a simplified connection. This enables features like AirPrint and Google Cloud Print.

3. 操作手順

Place the document face-up in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or face-down on the scanner glass. Use the control panel to select the copy function, choose color or black-and-white, and specify the number of copies. Press the Start button to begin copying. The ADF can hold up to 30 sheets for multi-page copying.

Place the document face-up in the ADF or face-down on the scanner glass. From your computer, open the scanning software (e.g., Canon IJ Scan Utility) and select the scan option. Connect a telephone line to the printer's FAX port. Place the document face-up in the ADF or face-down on the scanner glass. Use the numerical keypad on the control panel to enter the recipient's fax number. Select the fax function and press the Start button to send the fax.
