Activating the Scale: The Beurer GS 14 scale uses a vibration sensor for activation. Gently tap the center of the scale with your foot or step onto it. The display will show "0.0" or "0.00".

測定を行う: Once "0.0" or "0.00" is displayed, step onto the scale barefoot and stand still. Your weight will be displayed within a few seconds.
自動遮断： The scale will automatically turn off after approximately 10 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.

The Beurer GS 14 scale can display weight in kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), or stones (st). To change the unit:
