Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the exterior of the console. For screens, use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for electronics. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or excessive moisture.
To prolong battery life, avoid exposing the console to extreme temperatures. If the system will not be used for an extended period, fully charge it before storage and recharge it periodically (e.g., every six months) to prevent deep discharge.
Store the Nintendo DS in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, dust, and moisture. Keep it in its closed position to protect the screens.
If you encounter issues with your Nintendo DS System, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| 問題 | 解決 |
|---|---|
| コンソールの電源が入りません。 | Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the AC adapter and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again. Verify the AC adapter is securely plugged into both the console and a working wall outlet. |
| Screens are blank or flickering. | Power off the system, then power it back on. If the issue persists, ensure the console has not been subjected to physical impact or extreme temperatures. |
| Remove the game card and reinsert it firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the game card's contacts are clean. Try a different game card to determine if the issue is with the console or the specific game card. |
| Ensure you are using the official Nintendo DS stylus. If the screen is dirty, clean it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. Some games may require touch screen calibration, which can usually be found in the system settings. |
